The aas gabriel turntable philosophy
In the range of current technical solutions to the preservation and storage of music on sound recording media, the vinyl disc (record), due to its musical and tone qualities remains in first place.
We are looking for committed partners / distributors around the globe
A difference which is audible… !!!!
Further, the developments in the area of computer aided manufacturing, robotics, logistics and automation permit a new level of precision in the fabrication of vinyl discs (software) and replay mechanisms (hardware). The simpler the technical effort during recording, the closer is the record to the original source.
The AAS-Gabriel TurnTable with the DaVinciAudio MC-Transformer "Grandezza"
The aas gabriel turntable is based on the following principles:
aas meets all requirements for the analogue reproduction of music from vinyl discs. The manufacturing quality represents the peak of precision engineering. The choice of materials guarantees a high reliability and low maintenance over many years.
aas turntable can be extended or combined according to need. In one sentence: the aas gabriel has made it possible to combine the decades of experience in the field of fine mechanics with the most modern of high technology.

Principle of Operation
As is well known master discs are produced on a cutting machine using a cutting stylus. The design of the aas gabriel drive unit uses the same physical principles of the cutting machine and stylus. The closer that these principles can be achieved, that is, the closer the replay unit is related to the original recording cutter, the better is the reproduction from the chosen media, in our case the vinyl record.
The requirements are:
a highly stable drive chassis
an acoustically "dead" turntable
completely silent bearings
a pick-up de coupled from the chassis
separate drive and control unit
an absolutely stable power supply
These form together the cornerstone of the aas turntable concept aimed at a replay system matching as closely as possible the requirements of a perfect record cutting machine.
