C.E.C. Internationaal TL0X High End CD Belt Drive The history of CEC is almost synonymous with the history of analog and digital transports. CEC was founded 1954 in Tokyo. In the same year we introduced a high precision phono motor which was followed by many models of analog turntables and record players which have given CEC a solid reputation in the audio field. The introduction of the first CD Player in 1982 opened a new era in sound reproduction. Regardless of our analog roots, R + D work on CD players at CEC started at that time. The first CEC CD player was introduced in 1983. Due to our analog experience our engineers were able to implement the belt drive system to CD transports. The world`s first belt drive transport was born in 1991 CEC`s TL 1. For this developement CEC helds worldwide patent rights. Test reports in international magazines as well as satisfied customers worldwide confirm our target: Music reproduction on its highest level CEC Europe/Braun&quost |
