Dunlavy Audio Labs has ceased operations and is out of business. Audio Video Logic has exclusively purchased all remaining Dunlavy inventory.

Regarding warranty or repairs. We are offering a one year parts warranty on drivers only (tweeters, midranges and woofers) for closeout products purchased only from us during this sale. This is done out of our pocket and does not cover purchases made prior to Dunlavy's closing. The warranty does not extend to any part of the cabinet, grille, crossover or any other part of the speaker except the drivers. We reserve the right to inspect burned out drivers to determine if the failure was a defect or not. Ie., tweeters or woofers burned out in pairs are not defective, but the victim of accident or abuse. Closeout subwoofer amplifiers are warrantied for one year parts and labor but will need to be sent in to us for repair. The customers is responsible for taking the amplifier out of the speaker and shipping it to us at their expense. Sorry, but we are unable to be responsible for any transportation or freight charges for any repairs, in or out of warranty. No warranty of any kind extends to speakers purchased in the past as we did not manufacture them. We do however have a limited supply of graded replacement drivers available for purchase on most Dunlavy models at reasonable prices. Since Madisound and Parts Express also offer the same drivers Dunlavy used, long term replacement availability is good, although the drivers may not be graded to as tight of a tolerance.
