PENAUDIO is ambitiously producing joy and pleasure to its customers. In PENAUDIO, wellbeing and technology are combined into a form of a loudspeaker.
For those who feel tired after a day at work we want to offer a stressless moment.  For those who are after  perfect moments in life we offer the groundings to build it on. We are partners in everyday life.

How did this all get started?

PENAUDIO Ltd. was founded by an ambitious young loudspeaker designer Sami Penttilä. As a player of many instruments, music had always been a part of Sami´s life.  So there was nothing special to Sami wanting to be as loyal to the sound of actual instruments as possible. But there was something special in the way the first loudspeaker project was taken through. The speaker was tuned by ears only.It was a very experimental project with a lot of thought put to the speaker design. Sami made hundreds of connections and many types of boxes to compare their sound. Opinions of many listeners were heard and many different kinds of rooms were tested. Learn-by-mistake project ended as 7.6 cx. It was a dream-come-true speaker for Sami. With 7.6 cx he could get started in the loudspeaker business.
 
Basic values

One major thing through the 7.6 cx project was to trust your ears as the final judge. Measurements do not always tell the truth. They can show the direction but you have to choose the path.
During development, prototype speakers are compared with real instrument such as violin. There are also many musicians in the listener´s panel. In PENAUDIO listeners tell when violin sounds like violin.
Measurements have been used to speed up error seeking. When an error has been heard, it is faster to find the exact frequency by measurements. The measurement equipment do not feel as you do. It is a mistake to only count on them. Understanding this is one of PENAUDIO`s assets.This basic truth leads to music, enjoyment and wellbeing. Those should come first.  Owning high quality audio equipment is nothing special in itself:  the value comes from the music and enjoyment.

PENAUDIO loudspeakers are very high quality all over. It is not the first thing we want to point out though. A phrase "auditional wellbeing" brings out the most important value of PENAUDIO.
Who are we doing this for?
The secrets of PENAUDIO speakers can be found out only by listening to them.  You do not need to be a HIFI enthusiast to find out the meaning of "auditional wellbeing".
