Resolution Audio

For more than a decade, resolution audio has received praise for its meticulous attention to detail in creating highly acclaimed stereo components. The guiding philosophy behind the company has always been to build stereo components that deliver accurate and engaging musical reproduction at a reasonable price. We build each component to order and test every unit personally before we ship them to our customers. In order to undertake this level of care and still keep our prices reasonable we sell direct to the customer. Our approach doesn't allow us to make or sell as many units as other companies do every year; however, our very satisfied customers assure us that our approach is well worth it.

Jeff Kalt is the founder and design engineer of resolution audio. Jeff has an S.B. In Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has worked for Ford Aerospace and done electrical engineering design consulting engagements for many well known companies and organizations in Silicon Valley and the US Government. He founded resolution audio in 1993 as a way to pursue his true passion- audio equipment design. He created the company with the goal of designing audiophile grade equipment at a reasonable price for people who appreciate the ultimate goal of such equipment- enjoyment of the music.
