The Actinote concept is patented since 1990, its evolution and its development lies within the scope of a European collaboration.
A blend of electronic and electro-acoustic technologies, Actinote combines originality and innovation.
Actinote outlines a complete functional system in the following fields :
- mains power cords
- interconnects
- loudspeaker cables
- digital cables.
Any cable used in audio/video is disturbed by the electromagnetic interactions produced by itself on the one hand, and on the other hand, by its surrounding environment.
High-fidelity components are simultaneously affected by all of these parasites. It creates inter-modulation distortions deteriorating the performance of the system. Even untrained, the ear can easily detect these phenomena of inter-modulation.
The conducting wire allowing the development of an Actinote interface is made up of five basic components :
- high immunity cable
- association of insulators
- protection at the source
- protection at the end
- very high quality connectors
The combination of these elements creates a synergy-functioning system. Their combined actions produce successive anti-parasite barriers. The signals are thus preserved and protected from the electromagnetic interactions throughout the whole sound reproduction process.
